Eugene is the Manager of Infrastructure Planning with the City of New Westminster overseeing asset management, utility planning, environment services, and land development. The focus of his current work involves supporting community growth in a mature, urban setting. He is a graduate of UBC with over 30 years municipal engineering experiences and held diverse engineering responsibilities with the Township of Langley and the City of Port Moody.

Eugene has served on APEGBC Branch and a Past Chair of the Municipal Engineers Division.
