She combines her strong understanding of infrastructure assets with her technical prowess in modelling and data management to bring intelligent and practical solutions to clients. Raphaelle has worked with local governments, federal agencies and state highway administrators across New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia and Canada. She is a Certified Asset Management Assessor and is fluent in French and English.
