Overview:

There have been multiple changes to the Alberta Condominium Regulations; Boards, Condo Managers, and Owners have been left with questions and uncertainty on how to best implement the updates to Standard Unit Finishes. This presentation will give you clarity with Standard Unit Finishes and confidence on how to move forward in achieving compliance. Presently, there is a wide divergence in thinking on how these Standard Unit Finishes, and the various factors you must address to complete them by the deadline of January 1, 2020.
