Pre-& Post Night Stays

Your hotel room will be provided for the night of the event, Saturday, December 1^st.  If you would like to stay additional nights, the PETRONAS Room Only Rate is $269.00/night + $14 service charge per person, + taxes.  Requested room types cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability at time booking closes, November 5th, 2018.  Guests booking pre-& post night stays will be fully responsible for payment adhering to the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservations made up to 7 days prior to arrival will be accepted.  Any cancellations or no shows within 7 days of arrival will be charged to the guest.

Parking

$27/night for self-parking, $41/night for valet, $Free self-parking for Electric Vehicles.  These fees are payable by the attendee and not covered by PETRONAS Canada Ltd.

Babysitting

Childcare is available at the hotel through childcarebanff.com. They will require the timing and ages of each child.  We can also assist with this if needed, just send us an email

•             1-2 children - $23/hr

•             3 children - $27/hr

•             4 children - $30/hr

•             5 children - $33/hr

•             Daily rate $170 / 8hrs for 1 or 2 children.

Pets

Are most welcome at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for a $50.00/day fee, maximum 2 pets.  $15.00 of this fee will be donated to the local Bow Valley SPCA.  Service dogs are welcome at no charge.  Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. For the safety of your pets and the local wildlife, dogs are required to be on-leash in Banff National Park and within the Town of Banff. Pet-sitting services are available if booked 24 hours in advance through childcarebanff.com. Additional changes will apply.
