
Maria Bartolotti
Maria Bartolotti is the owner of New Concept Management Inc. since its inception in 2005. She has been actively involved in the condominium management community for 20 years. Maria and her team have built a reputation based on their timely, efficient, and professional services in Alberta.
New Concept Management Inc. believes that maintaining and building relations with all parties involved in condominium management is key to effective communication. This value ensures that condominium corporations, boards, owners, and residents are all informed and up-to-date on the workings of the condominium. By constantly striving to improve communication channels and structure, New Concept Management Inc. guarantees a sense of community in all properties they manage.
Maria has completed the Property Management 1000 Course through RECA, Condominium Management Levels 1, 2, & 3 through the Canadian Condominium Institute – Southern Alberta Chapter, the ACCI designation (Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute), along with the prestigious FCCI (Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute).
She has also completed studies in Business Law, Management, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management and is actively pursuing further educational courses in the industry.
Maria Bartolotti writes monthly educational articles for Condo Living Magazine, her articles have been featured in the CCI-Southern Alberta Chapter publications and Northern Hills Community publications.
Maria is actively involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute –Southern Alberta Chapter as the Chair of the Education Committee and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Maria is a member of the Advisory Committee for CPLEA’s Condo Education Project, and a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute – National Education Chapter.
Her experience in the industry reflects her passion for educating condominium corporations, boards, owners, and public to ensure the highest standard of living possible.

Laurie Kiedrowski
Laurie is a partner with Macleod Law, LLP. Laurie’s practice is concentrated in multi-family development and condominium matters, including both governance and litigation.
She advises developers, property managers, and boards of directors on matters relating to land, people, and overall governance. Laurie helps these clients with their business decisions, risk management, and people relations.
She is well versed and experienced with the Condominium Property Act and Regulation, and related case law.
Laurie sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Condominium Institute, South Alberta Chapter, as well as the Canadian Bar Association Residential Real Estate Sub-Section Executive.

Terry Gibson
Terry Gibson has lived in condominiums for over 15 years and has served as both secretary and chair each for more than one year. He is one of the founders of the Condo Owners Forum, an Alberta-based non‑profit condominium home owners society focused on improving governance, owner communication and management. He is also a Director of the Canadian Condominium Institute – Southern Alberta Chapter and a trained volunteer leader with the Board Development Program of Alberta Culture and Tourism (trainer in governance for non‑profit societies).
For over 15 years Mr. Gibson’s was employed in the housing industry, initially in various management positions with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and subsequently with a major energy company.
His second career was in public consultation focused on new and contentious energy developments in Alberta and British Columbia where he worked both for a major energy company and as a management consultant to over 50 different energy companies.
Mr. Gibson holds a Bachelor of Arts (Simon Fraser University) and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (University of British Columbia).
