Kelly Zazzara is a Business Analyst with Esri Canada’s Public Works team. Prior to joining Esri Canada, she has over 15 years of municipal Engineering/Public Works Operations and GIS practical experience working for the City of Surrey, BC and the District of Lake Country, BC. Kelly was a large contributor to the City of Surrey’s Asset Management program, systems implementation and its continuous development as a GIS Analyst and later a Business Analyst and project lead. Her last position with the City of Surrey was Engineering Process Manager in the GIS Section, managing teams responsible for end to end support of the City’s Cityworks and Amanda engineering permitting system, as well as Business Analysts for the Engineering department. In 2017 Kelly was hired by the District of Lake Country to create and implement a GIS and Business Solutions Services strategic plan, including a full GIS and Asset Management governance review.
