Sara Nichols, Director, Capital Planning and Strategy at SaskBuilds, has been at the forefront of strategic infrastructure planning for the Government of Saskatchewan. She co-led the development of the Integrated Capital Planning Framework working with government ministries. Sara is the lead on the Asset Management Framework—the next phase of looking at our infrastructure from a “one government” perspective. Sara is an engaging, enthusiastic, people-oriented person who cares more about the why than the why not. Sara has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan.
