Ahmed Eweda is an Asset Management Specialist at the City of London (COL). He has over 15 years of academic and professional experiences in Building Engineering and Asset management (Facilities and Infrastructure). Dr. Eweda holds a Ph.D. in Building Engineering – Infrastructure Management, he recently joined the Corporate Asset Management (CAM) division at COL helping to continue the development and enhancements for the an effective Corporate Asset Management Program at the City. His experience includes the development of infrastructure Policies and Strategies, Condition Assessment, Level of Service frameworks, Capital Asset Management, Life cycle Cost Analysis, risk management, and decision making techniques.
