Doug Manarin is a Senior Consultant in the Global Advisory group at WSP. Doug has over 20 years’ experience in municipal infrastructure management. He has a broad background in municipal engineering and system and he provides strategic planning, condition assessment, design and renewal advice for various agencies. Doug has extensive experience working with engineering, planning, and operations staff to understand and identify strategies to optimize maintenance and capital investments, and to leverage information across various municipal systems to inform infrastructure planning activities.
