Katie is a Manager in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory. Her experience spans the public, private, and professional services sector with a core focus on infrastructure asset management. Katie supports clients in advancing process and culture change, and in building capacity through governance, training and knowledge transfer. Katie has direct, hands-on experience in leading both corporate and business unit asset management initiatives, including strategy, policy and planning. Katie is a certified Change Practitioner, with experience leading program design, culture and engagement, and change management projects in the energy, provincial and municipal public sectors.
