Catherine Dallaire is a Manager with KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory specializing in asset management and strategy. She blends her education and experience in business and engineering with organizational behavior concepts to support clients in adopting new ways of operating to better meet organizational and business needs. She has worked with local governments on a variety of asset management initiatives, including comprehensive needs analysis, policy and strategy development, business process reviews, program evaluation, documenting changes required according to standards of practice. Catherine is an accomplished facilitator and has led numerous workshops with municipal Councils, leadership and staff.
