Travis Rob is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) that works as the Manager of Operations and Facilities at the Town of Fort Frances. Travis graduated from the University of Manitoba with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. His career began with the Town of Fort Frances as a summer student in the department of Operations and Facilities and he was soon engaged as the Co-ordinator of Facilities & Special Projects and the Chief Building Official. Travis has a comprehensive understanding of the Town’s history and municipal operations. He has been involved in the implementation of asset management practices at the Town Fort Frances since they began their journey in 2013 and has now taken a lead role in implementing the asset management program.
