Nishant Parulekar has 12 years of experience as a professional civil and environmental engineer with the last 3 years working at the City of Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services. He has worked at many stages of water and wastewater system project work, from planning through design and construction. His technical focuses are in asset management, hydraulic modeling, and master planning for wastewater infrastructure. Nishant has most recently been involved with project management for his bureau's Resiliency Master Plan to address seismic and climate resilience for Portland’s wastewater and stormwater system for which he was the seismic technical lead.
