Glen Brown is General Manager Victoria Operations for the Union of British Columbia Municipalities. His prime responsibility is the administration of federally rebated gas tax funding in BC. Asset Management is an eligible category for funding under the gas tax agreement. Glen is a founder of Asset Management BC and is Chair of the Partnership Committee of Asset Management BC. He is the 'client' project manager for the update of the BC Framework document and for the update of the Asset Management RoadMap. Glen is a member of the FCM Technical Advisory Committee of the Municipal Asset Management program (MAMP). Previously he was Executive Director, Local Government Infrastructure and Finance Branch of the then Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development BC now Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
