Cynthia McDonald is a Certified Engineering Technologist at the City of Waterloo. As a Senior Infrastructure Analyst on the Engineering Infrastructure team and with an educational background as a GIS Application Specialist, Cynthia has developed the water distribution, sanitary sewer network, and storm sewer collection date models in the corporate GIS database. Recently, some of her responsibilities include developing GIS data models for other municipal assets (including bridges, retaining walls, sidewalks and bike lanes), participating in the City’s capital budget process and assisting with the development of the Asset Prioritization Tool.
