Carlo Vijandre is the Manager, Asset Management in the Capital Regional District (CRD) and has been working in the CRD in the past 2 years. Carlo has extensive experience in asset management in both the public and private sectors. He comes from the Provincial Government, Ministry of Education, where he has been responsible for developing asset management and prioritization frameworks, maintaining an asset management information system to support long-term strategic planning and developing long-term capital plans. Carlo attended his post-secondary education with the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He holds AScT, FMP and PMP professional designations.
