Catherine is a planner and project manager with expertise in infrastructure management and community finance. She is the head planner at KWL and leads the asset management skills centre. Catherine works with municipalities, indigenous communities and government agencies to ensure results-driven solutions. She has developed and facilitated sustainable infrastructure and climate adaptation workshops for over 250 communities across Western Canada. Catherine currently sits on FCM’s Technical Working Group for the Municipal Asset Management Program as well as the AMBC Community of Practice.
