Cassandra Pacey is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant, and the City of Waterloo’s Manager of Asset Management. Drawing on almost 25 years of diverse private and public sector experience, Cassandra has enjoyed bridging the City’s finance, public works and engineering worlds. A few recent responsibilities include the creation of the City’s first long-term financial plan and corresponding tool that syncs with the City’s asset management system, coordinating with asset professionals throughout the City to improve asset data and collection methodologies, managing the development of legislatively compliant asset management policy and managing the City’s asset management team.
