Bernadette is an Asset Management and Strategic Management Specialist with WSP. She has more than 40 years of experience working with local governments, including 23 years as a Municipal Engineer and the last four years of that time as the District Utilities Asset Manager for a New Zealand Municipality. Bernadette has completed a large number of projects in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia covering a broad range of asset management topics. Bernadette’s experience extends across most service and asset types including facilities, property, the three waters, transportation, parks and recreation, urban forest, marine, transit, fleet, and solid waste.
