Adèle has led a diverse range of strategic planning, asset management, network management and procurement projects for clients in New Zealand, Malaysia and Canada. Since arriving in Canada in 2017, Adèle has been working on projects with the Yukon Government Transportation Division, Alberta Transportation, several municipalities, and EIA assisting in the development of asset management programs, including asset management policies, strategies and asset management plans, and performance-based contract development. She leverages rich international experience to advise her clients with a strong foundation of practicality and successful implementation.
