An interactive workshop that outlines Kelowna’s experience implementing a Corporate Asset Management System.  The workshop will detail the steps that Kelowna followed and provide attendees opportunity to ask questions and share their experience.  The workshop will conclude with a demo of the AMS (Cityworks) by City Operations staff.  The workshop facilitator will take notes and provide a summary of the implementation process and tricks and tips for successful implementation of an AMS.
