Implementing a Corporate Asset Management System is a big initiative for most organization that requires resources, leadership and organizational change. The City of Kelowna is in the process of implementing an asset management system (City Works) to manage its infrastructure assets valued at $3 billion. This presentation will highlight Kelowna's experience and share the successes as well as some of the lessons learned.
