Alberta's New Home Buyer Protection Act took effect in February 2014 and stipulates that all new homes must include warranty coverage protection for every homebuyer. Leah Argao and Peter Gogich with Alberta New Home Warranty Program will help us understand the coverage and change to the Mandatory Warranty.
