Join us with our special guest presenter, Doug Dixon, Regulatory Compliance Advisor, with the Real Estate Council Alberta (RECA). Doug will provide an overview of the steps leading up to regulation the condominium management industry and a timeline for the regulation and licensing to start. The presentation will also provide the structure and eligibility of licensing for the condominium management industry and what the application process looks like.  Following the presentation, the forum will be open for general questions.
