As part of the Restoration/Special Projects team at Entuitive and with 12+ years of industry experience, Gary’s role is focused on the assessment and restoration of existing buildings. With his construction background and knowledge of building materials, Gary is known for his strong understanding of construction best practices and effective building envelope systems. This allows him to adequately identify system deficiencies and provide effective, compliant solutions. Projects typically include investigation and remediation of plaza decks, parkades, building facades and post-tensioned reinforcing. Experience with these projects relates to waterproofing membranes, traffic deck coatings, sealants, expansion joints, concrete restoration, masonry restoration and drainage systems. In addition, Gary’s experience involves the project management and contract administration for these types of projects.

David has a wide-ranging background in new construction and existing building assessment, restoration and renovation in the commercial, residential, institutional, and healthcare sectors. David has been with Entuitive since 2017 as a part of the Special Projects and Restoration team. His experience in new-build construction in steel, wood, concrete, masonry and cold-formed steel contributes to a thorough understanding of local and global structural impact when considering assessments, renovations and restoration of existing structures. Project experience includes assessment and remediation of wood-framed structures affected by fire or water damage, foundations, roofs, parkades, plaza decks, post-tensioned concrete, high-rise cladding, light rail transit platforms, retaining walls, masonry, structural steel, cold-formed steel, historic structures, auxiliary structures and vehicle impacts.
