The March luncheon will focus on the changes that were made to the 2nd stage of the Condominium Legislation in Alberta. It will address how condo boards govern themselves including; but not limited to the following:

• meeting notification and voting procedures
• document disclosure and retention
• board rules and bylaw enforcement
• insurance claims, repairs and deductibles
• reserve fund provider and report requirements

Due to the amount of material being discussed, the presentation on the 2nd stage of the Condominium Legislation in Alberta will be given over 2 luncheons. The second part will be offered in April. 

NOTICE OF RATE INCREASE: Effective Immediately

On January 17, 2019, the Board of Directors have increased the cost of luncheons by $5, to assist in the continually increasing lunch costs.
