There is a lot to know about the City of Calgary’s Building Maintenance Bylaw (BMB) and the application and purpose of the Building Exterior Visual Assessment (BEVA). We will learn about what a BEVA is, why is it important, what the condo Board/Management responsibilities are, and what the penalties are for non-compliance with the BMB. Join Tara and Adrian as they cover the Building Exterior Visual Assessment – from what they are and where we go from here, including an overview of the City of Calgary’s stakeholder engagement sessions to date.
