The April Luncheon will focus on the changes that were made to the 2nd stage of the Condominium Legislation in Alberta. It will address how condo boards govern themselves including; but not limited to the following:

• Contributions, Chargebacks, Caveat Costs
• Rental Deposits
• Insurance claims, repairs and deductibles
• Annual General Meetings notification and voting procedures
• insurance claims, repairs and deductibles
• Special General Meetings
• Voting & Proxies

Due to the amount of material being discussed, the presentation on the 2nd stage of the Condominium Legislation in Alberta  is being given over luncheons. The first part was offered in March.
