Who signs the Proxy form and who to allocate your vote?
- The Individual Member, or the Professional Member, may sign and allocate any CCISA member, CCISA Board member or a non-member.
- The Business Partner Member's, designated representative may sign and allocate any company employee, CCISA member, CCISA Board member or a non-member.
- The Condominium Corporation Member may be accepted if it is executed by the property manager shown in the Chapter's record as being the manager of the Condominium member, unless the Condominium member advises the Chapter in writing to the contrary prior to the time of voting - An instrument appointing proxy shall be delivered to the Head Office.
