Cancellation Policy 

Please note: 

  • There are no refunds on cancelled registrations.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no cost by notifying the Administrator, Elaine Courte, in writing at
  • All transfers must be received in writing via email or by mail at least two (2) business days PRIOR to the event.
  • Please note that this policy will be strictly enforced.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  the email address and password created when making the registration is the email where the login information will be sent and is required to join the Course. If you are registering more than one person, as part of a group, please ensure each participant has their own email address.  Each person will receive their own login to the session and the password created during the registration process will be required to join the course online.
