Cancellation Policy
Please note:
Cancellation Policy:
- There are no refunds on cancelled registrations.
- Registrations may be transferred to another participant at no cost by notifying the Administrator, Elaine Courte, in writing at admin@ccisouthalberta.com.
- All transfers must be received in writing via email or by mail at least two (2) business days PRIOR to the event.
- Please note that this policy will be strictly enforced.
IMPORTANT:
- Payment in full must be received PRIOR to the first day
- the email address and password created when making the registration is the email where the login information which will be required to join the Course.
- Group Registration: If you are registering more than one person,please ensure each participant has their own email address and are aware of the password created - this shared password will be needed for each individual to join. Each person will receive their own unique and personalized login for the session.
