Full Day Vendor Package: Prime location for your display, 1 table, 1 full day registration, 1 reserved table at the Housekeeping Awards Gala.
$2,200 for AHLA Associate members, $2,600 for non-members
Showcase only: 1 table, 1 showcase staff registration (includes coffee break & showcase lunch only).
$999 for AHLA Associate members, $1,399 for non-members
Day pass: 1 full day registration (includes Housekeeping Gala but does not include a showcase table).
$1,200 for AHLA Associate members, $1,600 for non-members.
Showcase spaces include the following:
- Table, 2 chairs
- One power outlet
- One showcase staff registration
11 a.m. - 2 p.m. (Dedicated showcase times are 11 - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 - 2 p.m.)
Assignment of Space:
Booth spaces will be assigned by AHLA with priority given to Full Day Vendor Packages and Associate Members. No exhibitor shall transfer, assign, sell, or barter assigned space. AHLA and the Conference Organizers reserve the right to re-assign space as it deems necessary or appropriate for the best purposes of the showcase. The exhibitor grants AHLA and Conference Organizers the right to make the final assignment of space.
Shipping and additional materials:
It will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange for the shipping of all materials and for moving exhibitor material in/out of the showcase space. Additional electricity, high speed internet, and phone lines can be arranged for an additional cost. The exhibitor service manual will include details and an order form.

Move In: Exhibitors may install their displays from 10 - 11 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2020. Set up must be complete by 11 a.m. If you require additional time, please contact the organizers.
Move Out: All exhibit material must be removed from the showcase area immediately following the close of the showcase. No display will be dismantled before the official closing time of 2 p.m., Monday, April 20.
