Our speakers will facilitate a discussion about their mandate and share tools to proactively manage disrespectful behaviour in the workplace, including harassment, bullying and discrimination. You will learn:
- What to say and do when you receive a Respectful Workplace complaint
- What options and resources are available to you for resolving complaints
- Workplace restoration – what is it and why is it important?
