Shipments cannot be received at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in advance, if you are shipping ahead of the conference please make arrangements with GES.

 

GES Orders:  Discounts apply to orders placed before March 29.

 

Post-show pick up:  Trucks check in at 2:30pm.  All booths must be picked up quickly to make room for the Gala that evening.

Registration:  Each booth comes with 2 tickets to the Opening Reception, Exhibitors breakfast and Monday Lunch.   Please send your staff names to nsilzer@detailsinc.ca by April 5, 2019.  Exhibitors can also purchase tickets to the Housekeepers Gala and Awards on Monday, April 15th.
