Jeff has a Master’s degree in Arts Administration/Non-Profit Management with a minor in Museum Management. Much of his work integrates curatorial approach and physical resources or site implementation with fundraising process.  Nothing is in isolation without consideration for cultural mission. 

Jeff has consulted to museums and galleries in the US and Canada, including creating fundraising programs from scratch, refining specific messaging and developing campaigns. Recently, he has worked with art galleries in the BC interior and completed a $40 million feasibility study.

He also served for many years on the Board of an artist colony in the US, completing capital campaigns to redevelop buildings, create artist studios and gallery spaces and enhance residential accommodation.

Elaine headed the $5 million Capital Campaign for the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal.  After successfully completing the campaign, she became Executive Director of the Museum’s Foundation.  She increased the Friends of the MACM, organized the annual Ball that netted over $150,000, implemented an annual giving program and a successful young people fundraising event called Hallowe'en at the MACM.

Elaine also developed and implemented the donor recognition plan for the Capital Campaign. 

She holds undergrad and Master’s degrees in Communications. 

Peter McKinley

Peter is currently consulting to the Niagara on the Lake Museum which is about to reopen their doors after a period of COVID-19 shutdown. Peter has completed their feasibility study is preparing to launch their $10 million project. 

Peter also did pipeline development work for Museum London in the past. While at Brock University as Executive Director, Alumni and Development, he integrated fundraising with historical and fine and performing arts programs, including digital humanities program funding and establishment of the Marilyn Walker School for Fine and Performing Arts, part of the $90 million Bold New Brock Campaign.

Peter’s undergrad in History is complemented by his Masters of Library and Information Science, which included archive work.

Her primary focus has been post-secondary education and community development.
