Shaun Jones has had the great fortune to work alongside some of the brightest minds in development consulting and has been involved in several affordable housing development projects over the years.

In his work with Altus Group, Shaun works closely with many sectors, from seniors and affordable housing agencies to hotel providers. He supports businesses in areas such as market analysis, property and portfolio valuations, property tax management, feasibility studies, and cost planning and project management.

Shaun was recently appointed as the Co-Chair of the Community Housing Affordability Collective in Calgary, which aims to improve housing affordability in Calgary through cross-sector collaboration and community-based advocacy.
