David Ferguson has carried out numerous feasibility studies and valuations for a diverse range of projects, including hotels, resorts, golf courses, recreation facilities, and attractions in Alberta and across the country for more than 25 years. For the past 12 years, David has presented or co-presented an Alberta Accommodation Outlook at the AHLA’s annual convention, focusing on factors impacting performance of the lodging sector. He also spent more than six years in various management capacities in hotel operations, where he participated in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management.
