General Information

Exhibit Hours:
6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sunday, April 14 and 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 15
 
Exhibit space rental includes the following:
  • 8’ high backwall drape; 3’ high sidewall drape
  • One 750-watt duplex outlet
  • Two tickets per booth: Sunday opening reception; Monday Exhibitor’s breakfast & Tradeshow lunch

Assignment of Space:
Booth space allocation will begin immediately through online registration.  Booth payments must be made in full at time of registration.  Exhibitors may request specific booth space(s), however, actual allocation will be determined by AHLA and the Conference Organizers.  No exhibitor shall transfer, assign, sell or barter assigned space.  AHLA and the Conference Organizers reserve the right to re-assign space as it deems necessary or appropriate for the best purposes of the tradeshow.  The exhibitor grants AHLA and Conference Organizers the right to make the final assignment of exhibit space.  
 
Display Contractor, Drayage, Storage, Customs:
GES Global Experience Specialists has been appointed the official supplier of exhibit services and equipment.  The exhibitor services manual will include details and order forms for additional furnishings, labour, displays, floral, drayage, storage, customs, etc.  It will be the exhibitor’s responsibility to arrange for the shipping of all materials and for moving exhibitor material from the loading dock area to the booth location prior to set-up.  Please ensure all booth materials are properly labelled.
 
Electricity / Internet / Phone line:
Additional electricity, high speed internet and phone lines can be arranged for an additional cost.  The exhibitor service manual will include details and an order form.
 
Audio Visual Requirements:
Audio visual requirements can be arranged for an additional cost.  The exhibitor service manual will include details and an order form.
 
Move In: Exhibitors may install their displays from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2019. Set up must be complete by 5:30 p.m.
 
Move Out: All exhibit material must be removed from the trade show area immediately following the close of the trade show. No display will be dismantled before the official closing time of 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 15.
