Over the past several years, The Hangar Flight Museum (THFM) has gone from surviving to thriving. Join three THFM staff members to learn about the changes that have happened at the museum. This session will focus on organizational sustainability and longer-term plans, community engagement, and the willingness to take some risks and experiment. You will hear about several museum areas, including overall organizational structure, social media, education and programming, and collections. The presenters will talk about these areas in general, as well as how operations have been affected by COVID-19 and what staff at the museum have been able to accomplish during these last few months.
