Irene Perkins joined The Alberta New Home Warranty Program in 2018 after 25 years in the financial industry, leading sales and customer engagement teams focused on the customer experience and technology advancements. Irene's knowledge of retail lending and construction financing provides depth in understanding the homeownership journey. Irene holds an Insurance License and is a Level One Insurance Agent, a required certification to provide home warranty in Alberta.

 

As the Program's Customer Engagement Manager, Irene leads the Customer Solutions team of dedicated professionals who are equally passionate about the industry, providing excellence in customer service to Builder Members and homeowners to offer the best homeownership experience.

Peter Gogich, C.E.T., Claims Manager and Senior Technical Advisor

With over 30 years of industry experience, Peter Gogich joined The Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group in 2014, at the beginning of legislated mandatory warranty in Alberta, focusing on serving the residential construction industry, home builders, and their homeowners. As the Program's Manager of Claims Assessment and resident subject matter expert, Peter brings an in-depth working knowledge of the home building industry's unique exposure areas and significant experience with complex claims analysis. Peter is a registered Certified Engineering Technologist with The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET) since 1994 and a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's Architectural Technology Program.
