Cancellation Refund Policy

 

Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing to registration@swsd2020.org and will not be accepted by telephone.

There is no refund for non-attendance.

Cancellation Fees apply as follows:

By 30 April - 50% refund for cancelled registrations

After 30 April - No refund for cancelled registrations

Registrations can be transferred to another participant at no cost by notifying in writing at registration@swsd2020.org.  Registration transfers will not be accepted by telephone.
