Seb Cox became involved in Asset Management in 2002 as an Engineer Officer in the UK’s Royal Air Force. His various leadership roles included performance and risk management, maintenance oversight, organizational change management and continual improvement in the context of Integrated Logistics Support and Through Life Capability Management. During his last 8 years of work in the built environment, he has been influencing change through project management, business analysis and consulting with a vision to improve the management of integration, information and innovation. His consulting has included a focus on bridging the gaps between innovation strategy, execution and benefits realization utilizing systems thinking and simulation.
