Ngandu Balekelayi is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Engineering at the University of British Columbia (UBC). His research focuses on the development of decision support tools for cost-effective management of infrastructure with a particular interest on point in time and time-dependent reliability of infrastructure. Prior research themes covered optimal operational and design of water distribution systems.
