Ryan Osterberg is a Policy Analyst with the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA). He is AUMA’s lead on the Asset Management portfolio in addition to his work on Infrastructure, Energy and Transportation issues.

Prior to this he was the Legislative Initiatives Coordinator with the City of St. Albert, where he was responsible for elections and census, developing a new governance framework, and developing bylaws, policies and directives. He has worked at Alberta Municipal Affairs and the Alberta Legislature on issues ranging from municipal funding to emergency Management and twinning of highway 63. He has a BA (Honours) Internationals Relations and Development Studies and a Certificate in Public Administration.
