After manufacturing dried up in Ontario, Joe returned to school to upgrade an English Degree to an Accounting Designation. A series of fortunate events led him to a career in municipal finance. Over the past eight years, Joe’s focus has been on budgets, human resources, government reporting, grant applications, policy and asset management. He was instrumental in implementing the Asset Management Plan at the Municipality of Brooke-Alvinston. Always striving for improvement, he established an asset management committee and initiated the use of asset management software at the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich.
