Matt Delorme is a municipal project manager with Hatch Infrastructure North America. He was project lead for the Province of Nova Scotia's data collection pilot project used to develop a standard asset management approach in the province. He is currently working with AIM Network to develop and present Asset Management workshops to cohorts across Atlantic Canada on asset management policy, level of service and risk assessment.
