Neil is an infrastructure asset management consultant with a wealth of knowledge in pavement management, asset management, and highway operations gained from working for over 25 years in the industry in the United Kingdom and Canada. More recently, Neil has also been responsible for the data management and development of a non-conformance tracking system website for concession highway and water quality improvement P3 projects across Canada, and a defect tracking application for a Provincial Highway Agency.
