Michael has 40 years of consulting and design experience in Canada and internationally. He provides engineering services to transportation agencies and municipalities related to pavement design and rehabilitation; pavement structure condition surveys; infrastructure asset management; sustainability in engineering design; construction quality assurance and materials performance, and forensic engineering investigations.
