Mahmoud Halfawy is a licensed professional engineer and holds a doctoral degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University. Over his 30 years career, Mahmoud has led or played major role in significant infrastructure projects and R&D initiatives focusing on the development of innovative solutions to municipal infrastructure asset management challenges. Mahmoud authored/co-authored over 60 publications on these topics in leading international journals and conferences.
