Asset management is a balancing act that carefully considers customer expectations, current performance, and affordability in defining proposed levels of service (LOS). This presentation will show the linkage to the LOS definition in ISO 55000 and how it was applied in the Barrie Transit project to establish their current and proposed LOS.  The approach will be applicable to other asset classes, in addition to transit services.
